Dear Students,
To everything there is a season and fall traditionally equates with the start of school.
Following the college’s annual Ohio River boat ride to welcome back our 145 second year students and greet the 189 students comprising the classes of 2010/2011, academic rigor begins!
Learn. Grow. Become. These are more than mere words on our college website. Rather they aptly describe what will occur during the time a student spends with us.
As the academic year begins, you will be afforded additional learning opportunities such as an $80K investment in simulation experiences in the skills lab. You will also notice some new faces.
We have created the positions of Guidance Counselor and Admissions Counselor to offer increased support services and have added faculty numbers to maintain intimate class sizes.
The administration, faculty, and staff look forward to sharing an academic year infused with the excitement to learn, grow, and become.
Check back on this blog for future updates from my office.
Best wishes for success,
President Teresa Goodwin, The Christ College of Nursing and Health Sciences
